Daniel Radcliffe to get naked on Broadway

Peter Shaffer’s play Equus, which opened at London’s Gielgud Theatre in February, is scheduled to hit New York theatres late next year, with Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe playing a tortured teenager in the psychological drama. The play got a lot of hype because it contains a scene in which Radcliffe takes his clothes off. The young actor got excellent reviews for his performance and is both excited and terrified about reprising the role for the audiences on Broadway.

Recently, Radcliffe was directed by Rod Hardy in December Boys, a coming-of-age story about four orphans on their first trip to the seaside. The film was shot in Australia and stars Christian Byers, Lee Cormie, Jamie Fraser and Teresa Palmer. Adelaide Now has the trailer and an interview.
