After releasing the list of DGA Award nominees in film, the Directors Guild of America has announced the nominations for the best achievements in television in 2009. The winners will be revealed on January 30.

2008 Golden Globe nominations announced
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has revealed the nominees for the 2008 Golden Globes.
Among films, Frost/Nixon, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Doubt are leading the pack with five nominations each.
In Treatment and Recount also nabbed five each in the television categories.
