Bradley Whitford, Richard Jenkins enter Whedon’s Cabin in the Woods

Richard Jenkins and Bradley Whitford have signed on to star in The Cabin in the Woods, a new film co-written and produced by Joss Whedon. Korean western leads nominations for Asian Film Awards

The Hong Kong International Film Festival Society announced the nominees for this year's Asian Film Awards on Wednesday. Visual Effects Society has revealed the nominees for this year's VES Awards. Iron Man leads the pack with five nominations, followed by The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Cloverfield and Hellboy II: The Golden Army with four nods each. Mad Men’s Matthew Weiner closes deal with Lionsgate

AMC's Golden Globe winning series Mad Men has got its showrunner back. After several months of negotiations, Matthew Weiner and Lionsgate TV inked a two-year, seven-figure deal that will keep Weiner on board as showrunner and executive producer of Mad Men.
