Cesar nominations announced

The French Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has unveiled the nominations for this year’s Cesars. Gangster movie Public Enemy Number One topped the nominations with nods in 10 categories. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony which takes place in Paris on February 27.
